Dear OOPSLA'13 AEC Member,
The artifact submissions are in, but you can't start bidding yet because CyberChair's bidding and reviewing system isn't ready yet. We hope to get access to the system really soon. Once that happens, we will notify you by email and we will provide you with the (extended) deadline for your bids.
